Kelly Fitzgerald - Executive Officer
Kelly has a number of year’s experience working in a variety of roles within the community services and primary health sectors in East Gippsland, including extensive experience in the health promotion field. With a bachelor of Public Health/ Health Promotion Kelly has enjoyed putting her skills and experience to good use across all PCP activities in project roles supporting the Chronic Disease Management, Service Coordination and Integrated Health Promotion strategies. Kelly has a special interest in mental health promotion, building capacity and resilience.
Kelly is passionate about community sport and is an active member of the Bairnsdale Tennis Club where she enjoys playing social tennis. Originally from Bendigo, Kelly and her husband planned to be in Bairnsdale for 2 years however they fell in love with the area, built a house, had a baby and have been here since with no plan of leaving!

Tiana Felmingham - Partnership Facilitator
Tiana has been working extensively in the health promotion field for over fifteen years. She has spent the past two years in the local Vocational Education and Training sector teaching in the areas of health promotion, population health, community health and community development. Tiana has spent time working with a wide variety of community groups, in rural Australia and in the Pacific region, in addition to working with State and Local Government organisations. She has a Bachelor of Applied Science in Health Promotion in addition to a Master of Public Health and Certificate IV in Training and Assessment.
Originally from East Gippsland, Tiana returned to the area to be closer to her extended family and to give her two small children the wonderful experiences and opportunities that rural life brings. She has a passion for integrating native and produce gardening wherever she can and her favourite moments are spent transforming the family plot with her partner and children. Tiana is excited to be in East Gippsland and enjoys working with local health agencies to make sure all people living in East Gippsland get the opportunity to be happy and healthy.

Emily White - Partnership Facilitator
Emily has also been working in Public Health for over fifteen years. Her work has focused on primary care engagement, health promotion, Aboriginal health, cultural diversity and health literacy. She has a Master of Public Health as well as a Bachelor of Health Sciences and Graduate Diploma in Adolescent Health and Welfare.
Emily is new to the region, having moved to Gippsland in 2014 with her husband and young children. She looks forward to exploring the area more and participating in many of the wonderful experiences Gippsland has to offer.

Brooke Carlesso - Partnership Administrator
After living in Melbourne and Perth since finishing schooling in Trafalgar, Lakes Entrance and Bairnsdale, Brooke has relocated back to the country to enjoy the open spaces that she loves. Brooke has completed a Graduate Diploma of Public Health, so is very keen to be working in the field and bringing a greater level of health to East Gippsland. She also holds a Bachelor of Science, which gives her a range of transferable skills to work across her Health Promotion and Early Intervention and Integrated Care roles.
While not working hard with the EGPCP team, Brooke is busy planning a wedding, walking on the beach, adventuring the local area or is not very busy watching one of her favourite TV shows! Brooke is very excited by the chance to make a real difference to the health of our community.
