Emily White

Executive Officer

Emily has been working in public health for over twenty years. A recent graduate of the AICD Company Directors Course, her work has focused on leadership, strategic engagement and positioning prevention partnerships for greater community outcomes.

She also has a diverse health promotion background, working at national, state and local levels with the primary and preventive health workforce, culturally diverse communities and on organisation wide change initiatives such as health literacy.

Emily has a Master of Public Health as well as a Bachelor of Health Sciences and Graduate Diploma in Adolescent Health and Welfare.

Tiana Felmingham

Senior Partnership Facilitator

Tiana has been working extensively in the health promotion field for over eighteen years. She has also spent two years in the local Vocational Education and Training sector teaching in the areas of health promotion, population health, community health and community development. Tiana has spent time working with a wide variety of community groups, in rural Australia and in the Pacific region, in addition to working with State and Local Government organisations. She has a Bachelor of Applied Science in Health Promotion in addition to a Master of Public Health, and Certificate IV in Training and Assessment.

Originally from East Gippsland, Tiana returned to the area to be closer to her extended family and to give her two small children the wonderful experiences and opportunities that rural life brings. She has a passion for integrating native and produce gardening wherever she can, and her favourite moments are spent transforming the family plot with her partner and children. Tiana is excited to be in East Gippsland and enjoys working with local health agencies to make sure all people living in East Gippsland get the opportunity to be happy and healthy.

Glenn Bury

Partnership Facilitator

Glenn has been working in the education and community development sectors for the last 18 years; most recently in a school and community hub. Prior to that, he was a careers and welfare coordinator in the vocational training sector. Glenn is passionate about rural men’s mental health and improving access and opportunities for young people in regional areas. Glenn holds a Bachelor of Health Sciences with distinction, majoring in Psychology and Human Services, a Diploma in Community Development and Certificate IV in workplace Training and Assessment.

Originally from East Gippsland, Glenn has strong family and community ties to the local area. Having spent time living in Melbourne, Perth and the northern NSW coast, Glenn moved back to the area to build a house and settle with his family. Glenn loves surfing and is a passionate musician who can often be found on weekends performing with various live bands. Ask him where you can see his next gig!

Jaquie Nethercote

Partnership Facilitator

Jaquie has worked in the health sector for over 10 years with a focus on promotion of healthy lifestyles for people with a disability, promotion of physical activity and supporting local sporting clubs. Jaquie has previously worked for Local Government and GippSport. Jaquie holds a Bachelor in Applied Science (Disability) and is studying a Masters of Teaching (Primary).

Jaquie has lived most of her life in East Gippsland, only moving away for study. She now resides at her family’s farm with her partner and two children. Jaquie enjoys the farming lifestyle, despite the challenges of the current drought. She is also passionate about team sports and you will often find her out on the court playing netball or basketball.

Jaquie is excited about joining the EGPCP team and making a difference to the community that she has grown up in.

Brigitte Bence

Brigitte has worked in executive adminsitration roles for over 15 years in the local and state government sector.

Brigitte enjoys spending time outdoors with her family at the beach, on the water or riding her horses. Brigitte was born and raised in East Gippsland and is passionate about contributing to an organisation that makes a difference to her community.
